I love my job and what I am doing! Real Estate inspires me every day, and I firmly believe in the adage "Do more of what makes you happy". I am fortunate to be able to do what I love, and what lights up my passion even through the highs and lows.

I endeavor hard for my clients simply because their joy fuels my enthusiasm for my work further, and because I delight in delving into real estate (I am a property investor myself!). I take pride in every success story I have helped craft through hard work and determination.

 My Beliefs

My philosophy in Real Estate is very simple “If there is no growth story, don’t buy it”. Nobody wants to buy a property and make losses.

A property must have a growth story and there are various factors and dynamics in this analogy which I will explain to all my clients. I also believe in educating, understanding my clients and analysing their positions.

Therefore, before I begin, I will run through my signature Real Estate Fundamentals presentation to allow you to have a better understanding of Real Estate as a whole. I will also ensure that you have been thoroughly screened to run through a checklist in order to ensure that your grounds are all well covered.

This includes a vital requirement analysis, financial planning and budgeting (affordability, capability, reserve funding), ownership strategy and exit strategy. The most exciting part? I will be more than happy to share how I applied all these in my own property purchase!

I did not come from a wealthy family - my success today comes from the blood and tears from my hard work. In life, I do not take things for granted and with this value, I incorporate it in all the things I do for my clients by giving my 101% and by striving hard for their interests to reach their goals and objectives.

  2. E - EFFICIENCY: Since 2010, more than 800 property owners have benefited from my efficient and effective Property Wealth Planning and Consultation Services. That success is a result of me being a realtor with 10 years of experience in the areas of HDB and Private Residential properties, sale and rental serving clients (sellers, buyers, investors, landlords and tenants) and I have seen a lot over these years!   3. L - LOVING: I treat all my clients with love and treat their portfolios like mine. This makes me meticulous and a problem solver like how I would have handled my own property. That is also why I am honest, sincere and genuine. I believe strongly in being consultative over sales, which means that I can tell you not to sell or not to buy. Gone are the days where agents simply urged to sell, buy and rent - they now take up consultative roles. It is not about “how much u want to sell” but “should you be selling?”. I use my head and never my heart.
